Fish with Garlic Basil Mayonnaise

Ingredients
2 serves fish fillets
4 tbs mayonnaise
1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
1/3 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, garlic and basil.
Place fish fillets on an oven tray lined with baking paper and coat evenly with
mayonnaise dressing.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until fish has cooked.
