So, today we did tire flips. The plan was to do two rounds of tire flips, each lasting 10minutes each. The plan changed after the first round of 10 minutes! We ended up doing a ten minute round and then a five minute one.
First round 10 minutes- Danny completed 54 flips, I was able to get 101!
Second round 5 minutes- I was able to get 51 flips
Total workout time- 20 minutes
