Just wanted to put up a video of my new personal deadlift record!
Previously I had a 415lbs deadlift, which I completed about a year and a half ago. I hadn’t gone for a really heavy one since.
My first attempt at a personal record was 425lbs. I got two reps!
Feeling good on that lift, I decided to try for an even heavier personal best.
So here’s 450lbs. Not pretty but I completed it 🙂
