I am beginning Ben Pakulski’s MI40x program! I will begin with the 7 day Primer workouts to get prepared for the actual program. During this program, I will be using the IIFYM (if it fits your macros) as my nutritional guidelines with a caloric intake of about 2200 calories (220 grams protein, 100 grams of carbs and 95 grams of fats). I may do an additional week of the primer workouts while I wait for everything else to come in.
The entire MI40x program is 40 days in total, and looks to be a really intense program.
Today’s workout is as follows:
30 minutes of steady state cardio
Rep speed for all exercises will be 4x0x1x0 with Rest periods of 180 seconds between Supersets
Cable Rows 4×15
Seated Side Laterals 5×20
Standing Barbell Curls 4×15
One-Arm Dumbbell Row 5×20
Reverse Flyes 4×15
Band Side Lateral Raise 4×12
Spider Curl 4×12
Seated Cable Row (close grip) 4×15
Seated Dumbbell Front Raise 3×15
One-Arm Band Curls 3×20
As for supplements: ABE 4 caps per day, 1 serving Ergonine began today
