June 27- Phase 5 Workout 4- Quads and Biceps

Got my second last phase 5 workout in today.

Smith Machine Leg Press (feet low) 6×8, tempo 4-0-1-0, rest 80 secs – 330lbs

Leg Extensions 3×8, tempo 4-0-1-0, rest 80 secs – 60lbs

Heel-Elevated Smith Squats 2×15, tempo 4-0-1-0, rest 40 secs – 155lbs

Incline DB Curls 4×10, tempo 4-0-1-0, rest 40 secs – 30lbs

Seated Cable Curls facing away from apparatus 2×15+NOS, tempo 4-0-1-0, rest 40 secs – 30lbs
