So I have decided to run this program before moving onto his new high frequency programs.
This is a more standard Mountain Dog style program, but I am going to be using the optional days on top of the four day base to get some extra volume and frequency.
I am going to run week one twice in a row to get acclimated to this style of workout again. I have always enjoyed his past programs, so I a, looking forward to getting back into another one.
Day One begins tomorrow! This program looks like a 12 week fun run. I can’t wait to begin.
