Chest 9 sets, Shoulders 13 sets

This week is low to moderate volume, with rest/pause and iso hold combinations 

DB Rear Laterals 4 sets 12-15 reps supersetted with Band Rear Laterals 4 sets 12-15 reps

Machine Chest Press 4 sets 8 reps at 70lbs

Barbell Incline Press programmed as a 2 second pause at the stretch position and a 2 second iso hold in the contracted position. I was only able to get 3 sets 6-7 reps at 155lbs

Slight Incline DB Bench Press 3 sets 8 reps at 45 lbs

Tri-set of: Barbell Front Raises 3 sets 10 reps at 45lbs, with DB Side Laterals 3 sets 10 reps at 15 lbs, with Rear Delt Banded Face Pulls 3 sets at 15 reps

Finished up the workout with 15 minutes of inclined walk.
